BackLight

BackLight is a kind of light source located behind liquid crystal display (LCD). Its luminous effect will directly affect the visual effect of liquid crystal display module (LCM). LCDS do not emit light themselves; they display graphics or the results of their modulation of light.

3G-BW650M black and white double-sided adhesive tape is mainly used for backlight source, which plays the role of fixing and shading (covering the edge light and lamp position light), also known as shading film and black and white film, short for black and white adhesive tape.

· Compared with the backlight used by TFT-LCD, the backlight shading requirements are higher, so most black and white glue is applied to the backlight of TFT-LCD.

· In addition to black and white adhesive, there is black vinyl adhesive (black on both sides), whose main function is still fixing and shading; Black silver glue (single side black, single side silver), silver surface has reflective effect except shading. Relative black and white glue is the mainstream product in the market.

The backlight is mainly composed of light source, light guide plate, optical module and structure.

Light source: There are three types of backlight: EL, CCFL and LED.

Light guide boards: They are divided into printing, chemical Etching, V-cut, Stamper, internal diffusion, and hot pressing;

Optical modules: enhancement film/film, diffusion film/film, reflection film, black/white glue;

Structural parts: Structural parts include: back plate (iron back plate, aluminum back plate, plastic back plate), plastic frame, lamp tube frame, aluminum profile, aluminum base bar, in which the back plate and plastic frame are required parts, other structural parts are not fully used
