1. Run your application in full screen, removing the file name bar and the menu bar so you can enjoy the benefits of running the entire screen. Use a bright background color (don't use black)
The bright background color hides the fingerprints, reducing the visual impact of harsh light. Other patterned backgrounds (for example, folded paper) focus the eye on the screen image rather than the screen reflection, even where there are no ICONS or menu options.

2. Using big buttons as a simple click interface, dragging, double-clicking, scroll bar, drop-down menu, various Windows and other factors will make some unskilled users confused, and reduce the user's affinity for the product. Reduce its efficiency. Move the mouse away so that the user can see the entire screen, rather than the mouse arrow on the screen.
Let the user get feedback at the first touch of the screen. Immediate feedback is important for users to confirm that touches are accepted. The response can be visual, such as a stereo button effect similar to a standard window button.

3. If the system is slow, the user will leave. Give them a quick response that you can use to lock their attention. High-speed systems also reduce the incidence of sabotage. Picture mode requires too much color and high resolution, which only slows down the system. Using more color is more effective than using high resolution.

4. Make the application intuitive and simple, and guide the user to use the touch screen as often as possible for specific people to use as a test. If the user pauses because they don't understand, even for a while, you should look for improvements.

5. Digital conversation with the user through the application (via sound card)

Because the human brain can accept both sound and image, a user interface that provides both sound and touch responses is almost inconceivable. A better self-service kiosk application takes this knowledge to the extreme.
